As apart of my creative cooking discovery I recently made Granola!
So the truth is that the first batch I completely burnt. How was I suppose to know that the recipe was Canadian, and all the temperatures were in Celsius, not Fahrenheit. Oops.
But moving swiftly past that to the fact that my second batch turned out amazingly! Thank you Jane Staunton, for this great recipe.
I think what I love the most about this granola is that it’s not filled with sugar (like most high street granola’s) AND it keeps you full for HOURS. I mean HOURS. Seriously, I can go till 2 or even 3pm till my stomach grumbles at me demanding lunch. For me, that is proof of a good hearty, healthy breakfast.
